New mandatory packages ?

In order to display the progression of driver' installation, two packages are needed: requests and tqdm resulting in:

Instead of no indications using urllib.request (native to python):

For now I coded as it was optional and will put the two packages in setup.py as mandatory only if vote for it (code will remains optional)
