Select a staged window, can it be displayed as the foreground window?

I have used Rainmeter to decorate my desktop, but the pop-up window does not appear as the foreground selection; it seems to be at the bottom of all interface layers. Could you make the window display on the topmost layer when click the staged window?

Additionally, I noticed the stage manager could be show up if I place my mouse at the far left of the screen like a window is maximized. But somehow it is just not works sometime... But when I right click the icon on the task bar, it could be functional.

Appreciate you for giving it a try but StageManager is an experiment I am not developing actively. But I would be happy to review and merge pull-requests.
