awful.screen.focus_relative() does not work on empty screens/tags

Steps:

1. have at least to screens
2. go to an empty tag on a screen
3. try Mod+Alt+k/j

nothing happens

that's weird, in case when there are no clients, it should fall back to mouse position:

try printing to the console/notification the currently focused() function result, to understand where it's going wrong
