Ed448 support

I'm aware that the code comments say that Ed448 isn't supported, but I can't find any indication on whether it will be supported in the future, and if not, why so. I'm interested in Ed448 support so that mls-rs can support algorithms 1-7 when using AWS-LC.

Hi, thanks for your interest in AWS-LC.

You are correct that we do not currently support Ed448. We do not currently have plans to support Ed448 but are not against it. Adding an algorithm implementation is a high sensitive task and we take great care when doing so.

I'm aware that adding an algorithm is complex and sensitive, however as mls-rs is also an AWS project, it would be nice if it had full compatibility with aws-lc. I'm able to use OpenSSL for Ed448 and aws-lc for the other things, but it's a somewhat hacky solution and it'd be great to be able to use aws-lc instead.
