Add the webclient properties added for external oAuth2 integration to the config wizard

The following properties need to be added to the config wizard so they are configurable when setting up the web client:

1. SM_UI_AUTH_ENABLE_PROVIDER_LOGOUT
2. SM_UI_AUTH_LOGOUT_URI
