I have created a Docker container that includes the necessary base dependencies to run SeekDeep.

This image contains SeekDeep, bowtie2, muscle, and samtools and can run the popClusteringViewer in the user's local browser at http://localhost:9881/pcv.

Note: The container is able to run the Paired-End no MIDs tutorial completely, but additional enhancements may be needed to run all of SeekDeep's functionality.
