does this version support bootstrap 5

because when I use it with bootstrap 5 it does not work
but the same code with bootstrap 4 works fine

ive tried to used on bootstrap 5 but it appears conflict your datepicker with the bootstrap default datepicker, and when trying to get the value from date input box the value disappear and not saved into database.
could you please help
