How could I enalbe bluetooth in commandline ?

I follow the steps by Raspbian,but some files could not find in pi64, eg. hciuart.services

Hi,
I have the same issue. The hciuart service doesn't seem to exist when trying to enable it.

Did anyone succeed to set up bluetooth on this OS?
