Only 1 product gets loaded

After fixing other issues, the run_load_stac.py finishes successfully, but only one product gets loaded, as indicated with the blue outline here:

Only the first asset in the product is used. bologna-l2-ard.json contains multiple assets with the same bbox, time and bands, so some get ignored.
It is probably wise to split the collection in multiple stac Items.

Or, @soxofaan , should we support this otherwise?

Or, @soxofaan , should we support this otherwise?

I don't think we have headspace now to rethink that. Changing that behavior will probably break other use case. And we also don't want to complicate the load_stac even more by adding feature flags at the moment.
