ARM64 Windows build for Snapdragon X Elite devices #128

I'm using Cursr on a Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon X Elite. Since there's no ARM64 build, it runs through x64 emulation which causes noticeable input lag and higher CPU usage, especially when other apps are running.

Cursr is one of the few KVM tools that supports true bidirectional input across devices, which is why I'm using it over alternatives like Deskflow/Barrier. But the emulation overhead on ARM64 Windows devices makes it difficult to use reliably.

Would it be possible to add an ARM64 Windows build? Tauri supports ARM64 targets, so hopefully this wouldn't require major changes to the build pipeline.

Thanks for the great app!
