Russian translation

I'm finishing up the translation the UI strings and the README file. I also replaced outdated links across all languages.

Things to mention:

• "changelog_contents" was not translated
• Names of people were transliterated (feels natural, but can hinder searching capabilities)
• Some non-translatable strings shouldn't be such, considering the Cyrillic alphabet and widely used equivalents. Strings in question are: "hiragana", "katakana", "kanji", "hiragana_title", "katakana_title", "kanji_title"
• Letter "ё" was not used (it is optional, but non-fluent Russian speakers might appreciate having it)

I also saw that you need these (you can shorten them by omitting "язык", it will also make them implicit and casual):

• App name: "Kakugo - Learning Japanese" -> "Kakugo - Изучаем японский язык"
• App description: "Learn Japanese with Kakugo" -> "Изучай японский язык с Kakugo"

Thanks a lot for your work on this, and sorry for me taking so much time to answer.

Unfortunately, Russian has the same problem as German, which is that the kanjidic isn't translated in that language. Without a Russian kanji translation, Kakugo becomes rather useless.

If you know of another free kanji <-> Russian dictionary, maybe we can integrate that, otherwise you can contribute to kanjidic, but that's a whole lot of work.
