ES6 rewrite and contribution

I'd be interested in rewriting fusepm to ES6, the question is, would that be welcomed? As would it be accepted if I submitted a PR?

Also, I'm happy to help with development since nodejs is my jam and I find this project very intriguing. Would it be welcomed if I took up work on the features listed under todos?

Any contributes are welcome! Of course continuing development on fusepm npm module is very welcome.
