Fpdf license and code

Where is the fpdf code from? If its from another github project, it can more properly be referenced and included. Instead if including the code outright, I think you can link to the project and that code is pulled in, yet linked.

I forget what this linking is called in git. Sub-something.

Good spot! I was trying to get a way of taking the workshop html page
and turning it in to a PDF which can then be optionally emailed to the
client (as they provide their email address at the beginning!). There
are still some issues with this but I didn't go down the fpdf route
after all as it was doing things right (see attached bizarre PDF
example). I also tried swriter but I think wkhtmltopdf will do the job
and is LGPL so going to include it.

I'll get rid of the fpdf ... that will teach me to do git add * without
checking what's in the directory ;-)
