I use vimix in "small forms" broadcasts, in duo or trio with improvising musicians. Manipulation of photos and sound sequences played by Vimix. In the projects there is object theater (tiny catelet). The objects manipulated live will be captured by webcams and broadcast in and by Vimix. First encouraging tests.
As, by training, I come from sound, I will have a request: could the sounds captured by the webcams be taken up by Vimix?
And thank you again for having designed this tool which, as soon as we manipulate it, is the creator of new artistic ideas.

Just to be 100% sure to understand ; you need that webcam source behave like media source with audio, with volume selection and mixing, right ?

yes, when a webcam is used for a live broadcast of the capture, if it was possible to also have the direct sound that would be great for me. I think about this because the manipulation of small objects is also sound.
This marginal demand in the field of vjing should not be a source of complications either.

I'm thinking about this idea of ​​being able to broadcast captured sound in real time. I have another solution proposal (I don't know if it's easier to achieve than the previous one). It would consist of recovering the digital audio signal coming from a USB audio sound card, and being able to add it thanks to: + insert, devices and streams).
