Fix warnings during streamline calculations

Problem Statement

calculate_streamlines() produces warnings due to vortex singularities when streamline points get too close to vortices during evaluation.

Proposed Solution

Investigate and address the source of the singularity warnings. The singularity detection and skip mechanism exists but does not fully prevent warnings from being emitted.
