Backport the ambient changes to `track/*` branches of CKF 1.11

### Context

As part of the ambient effort, we need to make sure all the changes in charm repos are backported to the track branches, the ones corresponding to 1.11 release

### What needs to get done

1. Backport all ambient changes in charm repos

### Definition of Done

All ambient changes are backported and released to `<track>/edge`
