Better Documentation Support

Documentation site needs to be update to reflect any code changes to Pydatpiff. Right now, when code changes, we have to manual update the documentation site accordingly... This will be pain to have to change this each time.

What we should consider updating/changing:

• Documentation site is static, we need better frontend support and should migrate the site to React.
• Add automation for the Documentation site (github pages) to update automatically when Pydatpiff code changes.
