[Bug] Grand Duel Caster Missing Special Damage Buff (ID 94146800, 94148900)

What happened?

In the Grand Duel Caster, the special damage buff is not being applied.

In other Grand Duels, buff IDs 94146800 or 94148900 were applied,
but in this Grand Caster Duel, the special damage up buff is not applied.

As a workaround, a custom skill with +100% damage up was applied to replace the missing buff effect.
