[Bug] Main icons broken in production (Noto fonts missing error)

Hello. I am a user enjoying FGO in South Korea.

I've noticed that some of the icons on the main screen of the Chaldea web service have been rendering as broken squares for the past few days. However, when I run Chaldea in my local development environment, the icons are displayed perfectly fine.

When checking the console in the web environment where the icons are broken, the following error message is logged:
dom.dart:183 Could not find a set of Noto fonts to display all missing characters. Please add a font asset for the missing characters. See: https://docs.flutter.dev/cookbook/design/fonts

Additionally, while looking through the carousel banner options, I noticed that the KR server news is disabled. I forked the project to test it out, and it seems that the fetching logic and features work fine when enabled. I was just wondering if there is a specific reason why it was intentionally set to false?

1. icon issue is waiting for upstream fix, may fallback to old package version recently
2. kr news was enabled at first, later disabled because kr forum server always gives error (maybe ban crawler) when I was debugging, even using proxy, so disabled. The server may back to normal and don't ban crawler recently.
