Clicking on workflow takes us to dashboard page

Describe the bug

When we click on workflow menu in infrastructure tab, it opens dashboard page

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Go to infrastructure
• click on workflow in the left nav bar
• it takes us to dashboard

Expected behavior

• It should open workflow page
• It should not show the menu if workflow link is not functional
