Login Failure: Elastic Page Not Accepting Valid Username and Password

Hello Support Team,

We are currently experiencing issues logging into the Elastic page using the username elastic and the associated password. This problem began unexpectedly last week without any prior warning.

In addition, our enrolled endpoints appear to be generating unusually high volumes of traffic.

I have reviewed the troubleshooting section and gathered some initial findings. I’m happy to share the detailed results via email rather than posting them publicly.

Hi @cmmcassessor this might be due to your storage filling up. We've seen other users run into similar login issues because of limited disk space. Suggest taking a look at this discussion post and following the steps outlined to free up space and see if that solves the issue.
