Docker: Windows

I have been having lots of problems with following the docker setup instructions in the README.
To be fair I'm new to docker, but man, these instructions are either not robust enough, the repository is busted, or I'm doing something wrong.

For those with a similar experience I have only one tip for you:

task create:bak
task load:bak

This will actually create the CSET bak file you need at the end of the readme and then load it. That stopped me for a while.
Once that is complete you have completed the readme instructions...

Now you can watch your cset>web container fails to start because:

exec /docker-entrypoint.sh: no such file or directory

Now I'm sure someone much more familiar with docker and an understanding of the repo could probably solve this issue, but that person is not me.
I'm going to go download the .exe and see if that is any better.
