Description
What happened?
Whenever a bunch of people are together within onesync range the Packet loss goes crazy
When this happens people are flickering and msgPackedClones can reach up to 500,000B
this didn't happen when the server was running on a lower ping host which we had to change due to ddos attacks on the server
Average ping on the server is: 84ms
Images provided here are the results of a test with 87 players in the same area

It should be noted that players who aren't close to any big group of players won't experience any of those issues which proves this isn't a hardware issue or a script issue
PL can reach up to 35%
Expected result
no packet loss or flickering should happen when a bunch of people are together
Reproduction steps
get around 80+ players within range of each other and this happens

This server is extremely optimized up to the smallest detail ( network events, statebags everything is monitored here )
the only thing that has changed is the ping of the players due to a host change
