What happened?

I just started my server, uploaded my resources, ensured them and added them to the database. Then all of a sudden when I started my server console typed:
Error: Loop svMain seems hung! svMain watchdog stack: root
And it just kept restarting?
Could it be the artifacts?

Expected result

Server to just started without problem. And I expect this to be fixed or if someone could help me?

Reproduction steps

I just started my server, uploaded my resources, ensured them and added them to the database. Then all of a sudden when I started my server.
And then the restarting started.
