Description
Right now sometimes centres are not complying to requirements. This can lead to a suspension. It would be helpful if an admin could just untick a checkbox "active" which hides the centre in the GUI and the API, but not in the database. This would make it possible to activate/deactivate a centre without the need to really delete it and to enter the information again afterwards if it needs to be enabled again.
