Mapping of collections to availability #19
Description
Use cross-facet mapping (clarin-eric/VLO#93) to assign an availability level to all records of entire collections with known (but not specified at the record level) level. For example, "Liederenbank" is public while "Beeld en geluid" is restricted. We have to be absolutely sure and careful about these cases but we can make a huge leap in the global coverage of the availability level.
