consider global polyfill

Currently putting in a patch to deal with lozad.js sites (since we don't have IntersectionObserver). We might consider a polyfill.io bundle but we'd have to load this into every tab, and the memory overhead could be sizeable. Piecemeal changes may be best.

@classilla Could you please take a look at GitHub website usage in TenFourFox? It has had issues for quite a while, and now I cannot even open an issue or reply to an issue, or even see comments after the first one.
I am only asking re GitHub site specifically. I do not need to use the web for fun on a PowerMac, but for development access to GitHub is essential.

P. S. I am aware that you do not actively maintain TFF, but if you could help with this, it would be great.

I'll see what I can arrange, although it may end up being something done as an outside Github-specific hack rather than internal to the browser (using an extension or the AppleScript-JavaScript bridge or some such).
