bob clean resulted in Intermittent ENOTEMPTY error #48
Description
Running bob clean has resulted in intermittent error: "ENOTEMPTY: directory not empty"
and returning non-zero code.
This behaviour has been unstable and causing, despite low-percentage, build failures across repos.
Started happening circa node 22.
