[Task](context): smaller refactor in Images UI

Task Description

Sub-tasks

Tabs

• "All Available", „Suggested", „Public", „Private", „Shared"
• "Public", Private, Shared -> convenience, the same filters can be created under „all"
• "Public", Private, Shared -> can NOT be reconfigured to show more than what they say -> necessary filter option are hidden on these pages

Breadcrumb

• should show image name instead of image id
• Breadcrumb „Overview > Images > xyz" is incorrect
• Domain Name (if available, only clickable if user has access) >Project Name > Compute > Images

Activate / Deactivate

• currently, we give feedback when used as a bulk action, not when used as a per-item action -> show feedback for both if important, or don't for both if not important
• deactivate is not destructive enough to make it red

Bulk Actions

• (ok for now, we do not have a clearly defined pattern and placement of the button for now)
• fix option wording: "Delete all" -> „Delecte Selected" or „Delete 12 Items"

Image Detail View

• use DL component once available, align terms right
• custom properties of the user appear in the same block as those set by others/system? Could we arrange this in a seperate block?
