Support for Datalog?

Is there any possibility of CockroachDB including support for Datalog?
There is an interesting implementation of Datalog (called Mangle). It is written in Go.

Hi @kathe as interesting as Datalog is it isn't currently roadmapped.

But if there is enough interest surely anything is possible.

@kathe would you mind opening a GitHub issue to describe the use case you had in mind -- it'd be a good place to drum up support and for everyone to follow along.

And if you're already a CockroachDB customer you might want to reach out to your account team who could open a TREQ.
