Graphify search injection prompt for less token and better search efficiency?

Just an idea from https://github.com/safishamsi/graphify. maybe it's a solution for less token consumtion, implementation might be easier to check the folder graphify-out whether was initialized and inject the prompt to ask agnet to use graphify to search as an option? Any thought?
