Informationals: deal with pointer events on the container

pointer events are blocked by the informational container. This means that when there are too many informationals, the page to the sides of the linformationals becomes clickable until they are dismissed. This could be solved either by making the events pass through the container (but not the informational!), or by using some other form of making sure the informational are stacking at the center-top of the screen.
