Distribution problem with brew packages.

Hello folks,

This regards the homebrew formula here:

It seems that on MacOS the default qt version now is 6.9.3. The "bottles" in this formula are compiled with an earlier version and so they cause some compatibility issues, at least on macOS. A possible solution is to turn off the distribution of precompiled code on macOS, but I leave it to you to decide.

This arises on MacOS "Tahoe" (26.2) and on "Sequoia" (15.X).

Thanks for notifying us, Joe. The official brew packages are not maintained by us. Would you please open a ticket on the homebrew issue tracker. Maybe they can sort it out better than we can. Cheers, Volker
