[FR] more options for Style settings plugin

Hi,

Could you add for the "Style settings" plugin some more options to configure your amazing "Things Theme"?

It could be:

• inline code background color (most wanted, cause on my android I can bare distinguish inline code)
• block quote text color, background color
• small-caps option for any header
• line under header for any header
  • option to make line's color as header one
  • thin/thickness for line (to distinguish it from usual ---).

I fond of your Theme on mobile for simplicity and the most for text distinguishability (observability). And I'm glad there are people making our world the more beautiful place.
