H1 and H2 formatting are not working

H1 and H2 formatting are not working.

Obsidian version: 1.10.6 on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra Sequoia. No snippets or custom .css files. No other add-on is installed. The issue was duplicated on a separate MacBook and on an iPhone.

Please help resolve this. Thank you.

Have you installed the Style Settings plugin?
Some styles may not work if you did not install Style Settings.
