Problem with TrainRunPlot on ab-ac model.

I had posted on this before, but then closed the issue.  However, after talking to my class it turns out that 3 or 4 different students experienced somewhat different problems. One never had it show up, others said it took a long time and others said it actually plotted several pairs of means, rather than just a single pair.
