Reads username. Outputs userId, primaryPassed.

SelectMethodWorker (mfa_select_method)

Reads preferred. Outputs selectedMethod, available.

VerifyFactorWorker (mfa_verify_factor)

Reads method, userId. Outputs verified, attempts.
