podman machine ssh failed on windows due to error identity file path

1. Create a podman-machine-default with podman desktop on windows, using wsl2 (not hyper-v)
2. Run podman machine ssh
3. Conntion fails.

Describe the results you expected

The ssh key file exists C:\Users\zgblc\.local\share\containers\podman\machine\machine, but the code of podman machine ssh does not use manipulate the path correctly.

path/filepath from go std should be used to handle it correctly.

My fault, I redirect windows's ssh to wsl for ControlMaster utility, so when podman passes windows identity file path, it was the linux ssh in wsl acturally received it, so it traits \ as excape character and generate that error message.
