Missing spinner while toggle-tree

Hi,

when using datagrid in tree mode I came across the situation when loading subtree takes some time. In this case there is no spinner showing up to let user know that something is happening. Is there any reason why the spinner is absent?

If not I would be very happy to prepare PR, or to be more specific - I have already prepared it, but I ended up hesitating where is the right place for showing the spinner up (any ideas?).

Well, I really don't know. Do you have any idea? :) I would merge it definitely.

Please check PR #1256 which adds a spinner while the tree view AJAX request is in flight.
