Add bacon-ls support for lsp-bridge, Emacs

Would be great to have support this in Emacs, specifically with lsp-bridge.

Unfortunately I don't use emacs, but bacon-ls is just a LSP provider, it should work when properly configured within lsb-bridge. I am happy to take a code review for this if there are issues.
