Windows 10 Pro -version 21H2 co-working issues

fix: ACE probably isn't co-working well with Windows 10 Pro -version 21H2

• The ACE works fine at least in Windows 10 Enterprise -version 20H2
• We tried both versions of ACE 1.1.4 and 1.1.3
• The installations is successful, but the evaluation of any epub file runs only without stop
• There is not error message; only that the procedure never completes

Unfortunately, yes. I had check it in the end of July, but I shall check it again and I shall give you feedback.
