Create an exemplar of a public domain non-technical textbook

• Focus: Textbooks are challenging to transcribe and often involve the interaction of a lot of different kinds of formatting
• Could be history, geography, or another subject with straightforward formatting. Will also include tactile graphics.

Book must be public domain. The entire work does not need to be transcribed.

Success criteria is that the file uses the recommendations in the Best Practices, fully follows the spec itself, and can pass a validation check.
