Job log is unavailable

There are two differences in how the job log is showing up, since version 1.10.

1. A browser opens instead of the log viewer
2. The log just contains <error> instead of the log

The job output folder (the UI's copied-to location) contains a log file with the <error> but this file would open in the log viewer. So something is going on in a few places.

@bertfrees has the engine changed how to get logs?

The engine has not changed but the job result + log downloads happen in the UI based on web socket updates rather than polling monitor (was in use for 1.9 and earlier, which was also the last known good for this issue).

Something is happening with the overlap of job deletion and log fetching where the log isn't there anymore by the time it gets downloaded.
