Allow the user to update Tilf to the latest release

A dialog should enable either automatic updates with periodic checks, or manual updates by downloading the latest release from GitHub.

User could be prompted upon first launch to enable/disable automatic update checks.

This issue also would require a settings persistence implementation so Tilf remembers user's autoupdate preferences.

Yes! Maybe a notification for updates (through a periodic check of the latest release, like checking the Releases page here on GitHub once a week), and when you click it, a dialog opens with all the settings, including "Tilf updates", where the user is free to choose whether to download and update it manually or automatically.

So, the idea is that either you download the release manually, or Tilf updates itself (removing the old version as soon as the new one is downloaded). It’s going to be tough, but sooner or later I’ll make it work.

Let’s always keep in mind that Tilf should remain a single executable/bundle; at most, I could add the option to export the settings (but that would need to be evaluated in the future).
