Dapr Agents Quickstart is not in sync with dapr-agents git repo #5042

Describe the issue
Dapr Agents Quickstart uses old quickstart location and files. The dapr-agents/quickstarts/01-dapr-agents-fundamentals folder does not exist any more. Also there is no resources folder anymore as is mentioned in the docs, this is renamed to components in the git repo.

Expected content
The Quickstart instructions should match the git repo folder structure.
