Multiple/inconsistent setup instructions

How could the content be improved?

Setup instructions for Python Ecology can be found in two places:

• https://datacarpentry.org/ecology-workshop/setup-python-workshop.html
• https://datacarpentry.org/python-ecology-lesson/

THe instructions on both are not exactly the same. This makes it difficult to direct learners to one canonical reference to prepare for the workshop.
