Deflake and speed up TPCDS tests

These tests are

• huge, so they take really long to run (~10m)
• flake sometimes (see Upgrade datafusion version to v52.3.0 #369 (comment))

Let's improve this.

One idea that comes to mind is to move away from using localhost-based workers in favor of using in-memory workers for those tests, that should be a pretty low hanging fruit.
