Default to external video player

It would be really convenient if there was a toggle in the options that allowed the external video player to open when a video is tapped on from the gallery. The functionality already exists in the control buttons in the player, but it requires an extra tap.

It's already been suggested, but it would prevent access to all the actions in the viewer page menus, and access to the Info page, and all the actions in the Info page menus, etc.

Not to kick the tires on an old discussion, but this should be possible. I just came to Aves from F-Stop and external was available when selecting a video from the gallery, but not while encountering a video while viewing files.

It would be nice if access to an external video player was made more convenient, even if the easiest option was to toggle off the internal video player.
