I really like Aves, especially the map display of geotagged photos – it's unique. Thank you so much! I have a question about searching and filtering. My photo collection is structured like this: I have one directory for each calendar year (..., 2024, 2025, 2026). Within these directories, there's a subdirectory for each event (e.g., vacation, trip, celebration). The subdirectories have descriptive names with keywords I want to search for. The photos are named differently: Sometimes the filenames are just a sequential number, but sometimes they also contain keywords that I also want to search for. When I search for a keyword that exists in both filenames and directory names, I'd like to see a complete display of all photos where the keyword is present in either the filename or the directory name containing the photo. Aves doesn't seem to offer this, or am I missing something? A simple example. I have two folders, each containing one photo:
However, I want to see BOTH photos abc.jpg and 1.jpg together in the search result. How can I do that? |

There's no straightforward way to do this in Aves. If it's a specific search that you would reuse, you could leverage dynamic albums:

Not sure. What you need is pretty specific. The real solution is more general, something allowing "OR" combination of filters right from the Search page. It's possible but it can easily complexify the UX.
