Update CCTP (USDC) Bridge #3493
Description
Since the initial implementation, the CCTP bridge has been updated to a new version in which the funds can be minted on the destination chain by a third party relayer. When testing, the funds were minted, and when the wallet attempted to mint the funds, the transaction was rejected. We need to either be able to wait for the relayer to mint the funds, or force the bridge to only allow the address controlled by the wallet to mint the funds. Currently the CCTP bridge is commented out in the code.
